"We were looking for a beach vacation and we wanted to avoid the wild spring breakers! We were within walking distance and avoided the long car line to get into stump pass park. Rangers said that cars waited over an hour all day long to get in and we walked or biked in every time with no wait! The loacation is perfect! We looked for sea shells all day! We have never seen so many shells! Everything was great. The hosts have a very nice set up!"

"My wife and I recently spent 14 days on Manasota key and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was plenty big enough with a large Master Bedroom/Bathroom. There is a second good size bedroom and a small second bathroom. The unit is on the second floor so have to bring your luggage up a flight of stairs We cooked a lot of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The appliances look pretty new. There is a large refrigerator, large range/oven and dishwasher. There is also a clothes washer/dryer shared by 4 of the units. We really enjoyed the area. Manasota Key was very nice, no multi-lane roads or large high rise condo complexes. This unit is in a small condo complex with 8 units. There are some bigger complexes in the area, but none are more than 3 stories. The unit is a 2 minute walk to the beach. Stump Pass Beach State Park is a 10 – 15 minute walk from the condo. It’s a beautiful beach without any houses or condos on it. The parking lot fills quickly so it was nice to be able to walk. A 15 – 20 minute walk in the other direction are a number of restaurants and bars. There is also a shuttle service that we didn’t use as we walked to dinner. A short drive over the bridge you can find grocery stores, other restaurants and pretty much anything you need. The owner Scott, was very responsive and provided all our access info well before our arrival. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quieter setting."

"We stayed on the first floor and it was perfect. Just a short walk to the ocean side for fun waves for the kids or a two minute walk to calm water for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Accomodations were exactly as shown."

"This was our 2nd time staying here. It is clean and walking distance to Stump Pass Beach Park. I was not feeling well for 2 days while here and my husband tried to sleep on pull out sofa. It was so uncomfortable, he just put mattress of floor and slept there. That was really our only issue everything else was good. Has nice patio out back door."
