"Lovely house in a great location. The photos don't do the house justice! The large kitchen/diner is a great space & there is also a very comfortable living room. The main bedroom is spacious with a very large, comfortable bed. The property is in a great location, within easy walking distance of Southwold & the coast. The Bell Inn is a short walk away, which is a nice, welcoming pub. Can definitely recommend this place, as you will be guaranteed a lovely stay."

"The hotel is in a beautiful location just a short walk from the Centre of Oulton Broad where there is a lovely park, in interesting museum (with free entry) and a few pubs and restaurants. You can also take a boat trip from here. We highly recommend the food at the hotel, our evening meal and breakfast were both excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Lovely stay, gorgeous apartment. The bathroom could do with some TLC though (cracks and patches above the shower/sink, door hinges need tightening as it's dropped and hard to close as a result) and the master bedroom is very light in the mornings due to only having vertical blinds. Regardless of this I would definitely recommend and would return myself....the apartment and gardens are so lovely and well done, with the private garden/hot tub being an extra bonus and beautiful. Only a 15/20min...
