"We were a family of four with 2 ocean rooms next to each other and had a great stay here. The rooms were large with a huge bed which could be split to make twin beds. A little on the hard side but they put a thin quilt on top to make it softer from the second day. I would say the rooms were dated somewhat and are in need of a refurb but to be honest everything is in the right place and with so much space and the view you forget about the old furniture and bathroom. "We had an amazing stay at Sunwing. Very polite and friendly staff, the property is kept very clean and well maintained. Tons of pools for kids, different activities to keep them busy. The beach is right at the back door, calm and swimmable. The entire area is family frindly, very safe too. "

"The hotel has everything for kids and restaurants are nearby in abundance. The sea at the time we were there (April) wasn’t super Thailand like clean. Found it strange that the hotel bar was empty and not showing any sports on the tv. It needs an update and you could see signs of it having been empty during Covid. Staff were friendly, apart from when we asked for sports coverage in the then empty bar for the kids to watch. "

"Overall very good place to stay. Very conveniently located in the city nearby malls/food/public transportation. We only stayed for one night and only walked 10-15mins max for the things we wanted to do. The staff is very polite and answered any questions we had. They even upgraded our room to the soonest one available since we arrived earlier than check-in time. I will say make sure to communicate with staff about transportation to/from airport.
