"The staff were kind and helpful. We had a pool view, but the pool was not open and water was green/dirty. Next time we stay hopefully the pool is open because it is important to the kids. "

"We stayed 4 nights and it was a very pleasant experience. The private interior courtyard was great for early morning walking and for many games and activities that we enjoyed. There is a water filtration unit near the pool to fill drinking water bottles. We loved the pool. It was 3 feet deep to 7 feet deep so we had room to move and be comfortable. "The chalet was a glorified tool shed, but the pictures and description can kind of tell you that. It was peaceful outside by the little stream. The bed was as hard as a rock and it was bright in the morning because of no curtains. We ate dinner there, it was ok but we didn’t expect much. The staff were nice but not open the next day."

"Interesting room. Floor sloped. Room over karaoke bar and had residual sound. Shared bathroom down hall was always available, but floor was wet one visit out of 5. Loved being so close and short walking distance to Oracle Park."
