"The most perfect spot in Vancouver, with so much history. The restaurant and bar is lovely, as are the staff there and at the front desk. The rooms could be furnished and decorated more in line with the history of the property (they’re a bit Best Western furniture sale), but all in all, very comfortable and we’ll definitely stay again. "Beautiful hotel near the water. Parking was a bit of a challenge since we were too tall for the underground parking. Was disappointed that the staff was not helpful in that department. Was also disappointed that for the price we paid we didn’t have a better view. Overall was fantastic though. "

"Amazing management and staff! My favorite part was that the room serviced was the exact exact same price as the restaurant is no additional surcharges!!! We did have a situation with the water that was unfortunate, but not a typical situation. However, the managers took great care of us and also refunded us a good portion of our money for the inconvenience.!! We will be staying there again. "
