"The most perfect spot in Vancouver, with so much history. The restaurant and bar is lovely, as are the staff there and at the front desk. The rooms could be furnished and decorated more in line with the history of the property (they’re a bit Best Western furniture sale), but all in all, very comfortable and we’ll definitely stay again. "

The check in was good as the customer service agent was accommodating, I made the mistake of booking a really early flight and I had 2 very tired teens with me and when I asked to check in early, the agent worked hard to try and accommodate and was very nice and understanding. "Location was great. The facility itself is very old and neglected. Bathrooms were very old and some showers didn’t work. The beds were uncomfortable. The room was too warm and AC didn’t work and also was at least 30 years old.0"
