"The hotel itself is absolutely amazing. There is a little patio in the middle with a couple fountains, and inward facing balconies on every floor. They weren’t in the room, but sort of like part of the hallway, almost. I stepped out there to smoke instead of having to go all the way down. The next morning I asked for a late check out at 7am, but they told me they couldn’t do it because too many other people had asked to check out late… I don’t know, I’ve stayed in over 90 hotels in NYC and...

"Overall? I'd say 8-9/10. There was some confusion about our car being parked at the hotel- the first valet could not drive a manual so we were asked to move our car ourselves. When we went back downstairs, another valet had moved it already. It was fine, it stayed parked right outside the hotel all weekend. It was nice to be able to see it when we came back. No problem with the room. Small but cozy. Comfortable bed. AC that went below 68! Great! We had breakfast at the Dubliner on Sunday....

"We enjoyed our stay at the Lombardy hotel. It is centrally located to all attractions. The staff were helpful and accommodating, particularly as we debated whether upgrading our room to a larger space. Also, all of the bellhops were helpful and were always willing to assist as needed."
