"Came to town just for a family wedding in marthasville & fell in love with Washington! Such an adorable little town with everything possible. We had desserts to bake for the wedding & the kitchen was so well equipped so that was a big plus! Local restaurants and park were also a draw for the area, and the river view was amazing! "My friends had a good time on our weekend stay. The neighborhood and neighbors were really nice. The outdoor area was a bonus, we liked the patio and yard space for outdoor activities. The house had everything we needed and were even provided extra toiletries. My only complaint would be the sleeping arrangements, the pull out bed wasn’t comfortable but we doubled up on mattresses and it worked out fine."

"Forty family members gathered in the St. Louis area for my mom's 93rd birthday. Many of us were minutes away from each other along Main Street in St. Charles. It was a perfect location for us since we are all walkers and foodies. The Red Barn Guesthouse was a perfect fit for the 6 of us!"

"The house was in a remote quiet location on a pretty lake. Very very clean and well appointed. Wonderful firepit and firewood provided. But the second bedroom is actually a loft open to below! Very surprised as the listing called it a 2 bedroom! Overall a great house at Innsbrook!"

"I can't express in words how perfect this property was for our stay. We met as a family for a few days in St Charles. We wanted a home close to St. Charles Historuc District. We were literally a block off Main, lterally a few minutes from the restaurants and shops. The area is beautudul! The home was large and kovely! We loved the porch and the courtyard!
