"overall impression of property very good, lots of extras ie books, games, lovely decoration and cosy feel to living room area .could not get on to net flix but no big deal, heating a bit hit and miss could be chilly in winter , did provide throws, no parking area but managed to find somewhere on the road outside . "The location was perfect for a trip for a small group in the heart of the village of Robin Hood ‘s Bay, just minutes from the beach. The property was just a minute from the local store. To get to the property , there is a sleep hill down to the property but diections provided were perfect. We had a very comfortable stay. Only very slight negative was the steep staircase up to the bedrooms. We were 3 adults (aged 55 to 65) and did not cause us any problems. The kitchen to the property was well...

"I stayed here in the autumn of 2023, and found it met my needs. Clean modern rooms, no scuff marks or wear to be seen. One slight criticism, would be that I couldn't get the bath water a bit hotter. Overall I would recommend this hotel. One mile from the town centre, makes this walkable to Whitby's pubs restaurants and other amenities."
