"Absolutely amazing hotel. Would recommend. However I called to say we were celebrating 30 years and the person on the phone said that they would do something special. This did not happen. So very disappointed. We only go away when it's a special occasion. All other hotel recognise this when we stay with them is a shame the staff here didn't 😒 "

"Really lovely hotel with great facilities. Fantastic location for the Long Walk and Castle. My only small criticism would be that the mirror wasn’t positioned well for the hairdryer use. This I often find in hotels and have decided that on my next trip I’m going to take an extension lead 😃.Everything else was perfect. "

"Room was spotlessly clean, bed very comfortable and pillows, nice linen, staff helpful, dog friendly, centrally located for the Castle and other interesting places lije the long walk. Very nice restaurants nearby. Fresh milk if wanted. Nothing to complain about! Highly recommended "
