"Absolutely amazing hotel. Would recommend. However I called to say we were celebrating 30 years and the person on the phone said that they would do something special. This did not happen. So very disappointed. We only go away when it's a special occasion. All other hotel recognise this when we stay with them is a shame the staff here didn't 😒 "

Holiday Inn Express Windsor, an IHG Hotel
3.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, 914 reviews
"The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment which wasn't obvious at all except for one floor being unaccessible. Our room had been refurbished and had a decent shower cubicle and fresh new carpet. There was a noticeable smell of damp in the room though. The hotel is located away from the main part of Windsor which can be easily accessed on foot down residential roads. Good value for a night in Windsor"

"Really lovely hotel with great facilities. Fantastic location for the Long Walk and Castle. My only small criticism would be that the mirror wasn’t positioned well for the hairdryer use. This I often find in hotels and have decided that on my next trip I’m going to take an extension lead 😃.Everything else was perfect. "
