"We loved our stay in Judges Court hotel, which is a grade listed building. Very friendly staff. Location is ideal – just a walking distance from train station (some 10-15min) and all local amenities. We stayed in room No 8, bathroom was massive, great shower, Molton Brown toiletries, you just need to ask at reception if you run out. Bed was too hard for our liking, but that is not something what would mark the hotel down, it is just our preference. Room had a coffee making facilities, even...

"Yes it was ok for a nights sleep. Not the ritz but much cheaper than others. I struggled a little getting door lock codes but I would stay again as it worked ok for us."

"Room was really good and comfortable. Overlooked car park. Excellent bath/shower room. Didnt have evening meal as hotel had hen or stag party booked in. Also as I have limited appetite choice was restricted. Overall would certainly recommend staying here also dog friendly so daughters family could bring their dog and all atebrsakfast together"

"I loved my time here. It's a very comfortable guest house, my room was small, but absolutely suited to my needs, larger rooms are available for more than 1 traveller, reasonablypriced, too. The staff is also small, but so helpful, friendy and polite. Its located in a lovely quiet area, with a reasonable walk to the city but manageable if you have no mobility issues, but taxis or buses are easy to come by. I enjoyed my weekend immensely and would encourage others to follow suit. *****"

"Stayed at the city guest for a city break. The location was great just a short walk from the Minster and the city centre. The room we stayed in was small but very homely. It was comfortable and clean. It was also the small touches that were nice, with chocolates and a bottle of water supplied every day. The couple who run the guest house were very friendly and breakfast was cooked to order. They also gave us a city guide map and offered advice about places to visit. Overall it was a very good...

"Nice house, rooms are clean, parking is easy, suitable for business travelers with a limited budget. The only problem is the front door lock is not working as it should, and since there's no reception, if you make three incorrect entries, you have to wait outside for 5 minutes before you can try again. If the weather is cold and you've come from a long journey, it tests your patience at the door. Apart from that, it's a comfortable house, I would recommend it if they fix the entrance lock.""

"The location is fabulous, the apartment is fantastic and amenities great. The beds were not great, very uncomfortable. They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Have never been to a Glamping pod before but would absolutely visit the little hide again. The pod was a good size and had everything we needed. Great location and the showers/ toilets are well kept. Would come back next time and will bring a disposable bbq to use at the shared area."
