“Very satisfied with the stay and spa services”

“交通便利，餐廳選擇多，房間寬敞明亮，設施維護良善，物超所值”

“Booked as an overnight layover and I was pleasantly surprised at how well the hotel and staff received us. I wasn't quite sure to begin with but hands down this place is exceptional value for money. Breakfast was great and served fresh and their valet driver was awesome. Highly recommended from someone who wasn't quite sure what we'd get.”

“We had a short, transitory stay at Success Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, especially considering the very reasonable price. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were so helpful and went out of their way to seamlessly arrange a taxi for us to Hanoi Airport for our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and value in Hanoi!”

“English and services were really good.”

“環境整潔，餐點豐富”

“房间比较旧了。但卫生保持的不错。信价比值！”

“There is a clear window into the bathroom, so the person in bed a see you on the toilet or in the shower. There is a Venetian blinds which you need to keep pulled for privacy. An odd design. Hardly any drawer space for clothes. A good location, staff are friendly and helpful”

“The staff provided friendly service, but the facilities haven't improved, and the room amenities offered no pleasant surprises.”

“浴室清潔力度不足，清潔盛器坏的。職員有禮貌，早餐都OK的”

“Excellent service and location. Highly recommended.”
