“We had reserved a room with a roll in shower. When we arrived the young lady at the desk didn’t see the request and put us in a regular room. I explained that my husband was on a walker and had difficulty stepping over into a tub. She immediately searched and located a room for us and made the switch. All the while apologizing for the oversight. I assured her it was perfectly ok. Once settled in our room I had to go back out to retrieve an item I had left in our van and as I came back in she……

Got passed around on the phone then was asked to come down stairs to talk to the manager. Honestly I thought us having to leave our room was horrible customer service but decided not to throw a fuss over it.
