“Location is great. Room is clean and staff are friendly.”

“I was quite disappointed with my stay. Due to a rule requiring room cleaning and towel replacement to be requested by 11:00 AM the previous day, it is virtually impossible to get service on the second day since check-in is well past 11:00 AM. Furthermore, there were no clear instructions about requesting service at reception, and I was shocked that a hotel of this high standard charges extra for luggage storage. Apart from the above, the hotel room is generally clean and near to the train……

“Center of center Berlin! Nothing wrong, everything is perfect in Adlon!”

“Bad smell from 1/F”

“Nice breakfast and modern room. Hotel parking space not enough. I need to park my car in another car park which is almost 10 minutes from the hotel.”

“Great location just outside central station”
