Had a really pleasant stay at this apartment hotel. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived, It's only a 6-minute walk to the nearest S-Bahn station, which made getting around the city very easy and convenient. The apartment was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen had complete cookware, so we could prepare our own meals without any issues ,pots, pans, utensils, plates, the works. Overall, a comfortable, practical, and well-maintained option. Would happily stay here again.

The Apartment was an excellent size and was exactly what we were looking for, it allowed us to cater for ourselves and a Supermarket is just around the corner for this task. The TV seemed a bit small for the space, and was unable to use the Joyn.de app as it was too old and YouTube crashed frequently. The was no climate control in the apartment, this wasn't too much of a problem when we visited, but it feels like if you travel in the hotter months, it may be a bit unbearable. Check was also a bit of a problem, you need to go via a webpage in order to get a PIN to gain access to the property, and for a while, the website was asking us to pay for the room again after paying via Expedia. Eventually, we were provided with an account number that recognised that we had paid and were able to check in. As our flight in was heavily delayed, we got there after the reception had closed at 20:00, and if we weren't provided with that second account number, we would have been without access to our room overnight. Despite that, it is a great apartment in a nice little corner of Berlin just outside the Ringbahn that has great access via the S9 to BER Airport. Would definitely stay here again.

The place is calm and clean. A tram station 4 minute walk and a main train station 10 minutes walk. The place is ideal for calm and quiet stay but also less than an hour away from the busy area of Berlin.

The self catering apartment we chose was well equipped, spotlessly clean and huge! We had a fantastic two weeks in Berlin. Adlershof is off the beaten track and is easy to get around on foot and transport links to more ‘touristy’ parts of the city are superb. We found leaving at the end of our holiday a real wrench:)
Some of the architecture in Adlershof is very interesting.

Solo Traveller, AMAZING Stay!

Solo Traveller, AMAZING Stay! Door to Door you could get to any attraction in Berlin within an hour using public Transport with not much more than a 2 Minute Walk! Apartment was Spacious, Spotless, Quiet with a Sitting Room and a well equipped Kitchen. Would I stay here again, 100%! I even had a view of a WW2 Relic from my Balcony! (The Spin Tower - Trudelturm)

My stay

I very much like my stay at this hotel. The reception helped me with everything I needed including extending my stay for a few hours the next day. My room had everything I need and most of all it was so big and open surface. You got everything you need, 5 min from the hotel you got grocery shop, restaurants, apothecary, bus and train connections as well. I will come back for sure.

This apartment was our base camp in our Easter holiday in Berlin. In the apartment there were all we needed: kitchen, microwave oven, washing machines (for the clothes a separate washing room), TV with HDMI connection, separable beds. Recycling norms of Germany were new for us so we had some challenges in separating waste correctly. Negative side was that there were no waste bags for all different wastes. Of course, we could have asked from reception. The service in the reception was excellent although they gave us only two extra toilet paper rolls. Perhaps, there is a lack of paper in Germany. Thanks for providing an excellent "platform" for our holiday!

Nice apartment for a week at a time. Perfect for business as internet is fine, nice work set up, nice little kitchenette type set up, all the nonsense one requires if your up to some rascalry in Berlin (which is a short drive away).

The proerty is run by a rude manager that does not train new staff well. A staff who checked me in on Sept. 23, game me only my room number,but not the building number in a six-building complex. As I was having difficulty finding it, a resident of the complex helped me get the house number from the office. He opened the building door. But I was not fast enough to enter all the 10 digits. After trying ten times or so, I returned to the office again. There, a second staff walked with me to my room door. Where she entered the digits, as I was reading to her. Then I saw her to press an extra button. She said it was to accept the digits entered. There was another button with X to cancel the entries. When asked why I was not instructed to do that and given the house number, she said the first staff was new. That night, I went out for shopping groceries. The same four-digt code then worked both for the building and my room, as they were supposed to. The following day, I went out. When I returned, the entry box was not responding to any of my four-digit entries. After several tries, I went to the office. There were three staff then. The one I talked to was very rude and angry. She was saying, repeatedly, I had to wait for an hour for the entry box to reset. She was more interested in arguing than helping. I asked her not to be rude. She then insulted me in front of two other staff: one in training. Finally, she gave me the key, which she could have given the moment I showed up.
