「The property was great for us for just a night. It was just my husband and I and then we were moving to another place. I wouldn’t have wanted to do my entire vacation there only bc we did not have any kids with us. There were a lot of kids. Property was clean and modern. Beds weren’t the greatest but overall the location was excellent and the views of the beach were gorgeous! 」

「Great hotel, good points - hotel looks new though out, service was great excellent I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, breakfast superb and loads of sunloungers (plus bonus of the spa was great) the areas for me improvement were the food from the snack bar was fairly bland (it was ok but could definitely be better) & the pool is very very very cold! Great stay though and a huge amount to like about the hotel.」

「We loved our stay at the hotel! We struggled to find a place to park so ended up paying for onsite parking which was totally worth it! The staff was incredible- from the front desk to the handy man everyone helped us!!
The only Minor inconvenience was the AC in one of our rooms didn’t work parts of the time, but we still enjoyed our stay and hope to be back to Mallorca as soon as possible, it’s an incredible island! 」

Good quality food. Excellent service always from lady with big dark glasses and red lipstick with always a big smile. Male waiting staff and servers of meat and fish always grumpy. Roof bar staff friendly and efficient. Our room cleaners were grumpy, but made beds and changed towels daily. If you were not up by 9.15 they hung the ‘no’ sign on your door. 「Allgemein war es gut und wir waren zufrieden die Essensauswahl war auch gut und qualitativ hochwertig. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber
Aber für den Preis könnte man einen beheitzen Pool außen so wie im Spa erwarten.
Das Wasser in den Becken war kälter als das Meer Ende September hatte das Meer 26 Grad.
Die Pools 21 Grad das ist einfach zum Baden nicht angenehm.

「Já fui em outros hotéis da rede Iberostar , mas o Ciudad Blanca me surpreendeu. O cuidado com o hóspede já começa na recepção onde fui muito bem atendida e ganhei uma taça de champanhe e bombons . Todos os funcionários do hotel , sem exceção, são simpáticos e solicitos. O café da manhã superou minhas expectativas. Tudo muito gostoso e com muita variada .
A cama era muito confortável .

「Größter Painpoint für mich war die Sauberkeit. Schaut man genauer hin, waren Hotelzimmer und die öffentliche Bereiche nicht gründlich gereinigt. Das gleiche gilt fürs Gym, hier fand in den Tagen wo ich da war, überhaupt keine Reinigung statt
Des Weiteren war die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer laut wie ein Kühlschrank.
