「Our favorite hotel with access to the beach! All rooms were suites so we had plenty of room. Convenience to restaurants and shopping. One evening we took a bus ride to Alcudia. Great vibe and beach dining! Lovely, safe, and quiet hotel! Lots of games and activities for kids. 2 pools and grass area with ping pong table. Enjoyed our balcony and kitchenette. Staff was helpful and informative. Gym had good options too. Beach was so much fun, low to no waves.」

「The property is very beautiful. In a great location, close to some really good beaches. It’s in a nice quiet part away from the busy tourist spots. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is really good, lots of variety.」

「Leider waren wir insgesamt sehr unzufrieden. Es wurde überhaupt nicht gut sauber gemacht. Der Boden war extrem dreckig. Es gibt keine Hotelpantoletten, egal was man benötigt (Toilettenpapier, Decken etc.) Man muss es sich selbst an der Rezeption holen, die Klima hat sehr schlecht bis gar nicht funktioniert, im Bad war nicht mal eine Lüftung sondern die Türen sind nicht ganz zu sodass jeder Geruch etc. über die Lüftung im Zimmer nur rausgehen kann, schmutzige Bettdecken mit Blutflecken! Sowas...

「Das Frühstück war „Basic“ und gut. Mehr braucht man nicht. Das Apartment war ausreichend für 2 Personen. Besonders toll war der riesige Balkon in Richtung Bucht. Ein Pluspunkt war auch der private Parkplatz. Der war mit 5€/Tag super. Egal wenn man zurück gekommen ist, die lästige Parkplatzsuche wurde einem erspart. Ganz besonders erwähnen möchte ich den Mitarbeiter ANGEL. So ein netter Mensch, immer freundlich und zuvorkommend.」

A real delight was that the pool is open all hours (just at your own risk after 6pm), which meant we could enjoy night swims, which is something other hotels don’t usually allow. 「Night one of my stay at 3 am someone was trying to enter our room when I called the front desk they said they had thought the room was unoccupied and sent the people to try to open our door AGAIN. This went on for about five minutes. We were two girls on a girls trip and to be woken up from a deep sleep to this was quite traumatizing. The next day we went to explain the situation to the front desk and they said the manager would reach out. That never happened and the same night we went back and...

「Elmira, Mo and Eduardo were fantastic. They made my stay more pleasant. The hotel is well located, very convenient but the booking said parking included and it wasnt. Also, i found hair in the sheets and one day we didnt have electricity for 4 hours meaning no water for shower, no elevator working and some floors completely blacked out. Not a single apology from the hotel.」

「Das Hotel an sich ist wirklich im Vergleich zu allen anderen in derselben Gegend super im Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Es gibt alles was man braucht, kostenloser Fahrradausleih, kostenloser Saunazugang etc. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, der Essensbereich ist super modern und klimatisiert - es gibt immer einen Chefkoch vor Ort der frisches Fleisch und Fisch zubereitet. Allerdings gab es beim Frühstück leider oft das selbe und auch beim Abendessen gab es nicht viel gute Auswahl. Es reicht...
