「This was our second stay at the Nook. The apartment is perfect for a little get away. Clean, light, spacious and well equipped with everything you need. Great location with just a few steps away from the north beach. I'm sure we will be back again.」

「Beautiful property in an idyllic spot with stunning sea views. Small gripe with the lack of toiletries (soap and toilet rolls) and would have been nice to have coffee/tea available. Nevertheless, the property is lovely and I’d highly recommend staying there and will very likely stay again in the future.」

「It’s a cold mid- February weekend. On arrival, the flat was stone cold freezing. Only one (of two) of the wall heaters (not radiators) worked. We sat in coats and hats for hours until a maintenance man arrived. The heater was broken and beyond repair. The TV wasn’t working properly and there were no internet facilities (despite being advertised) so we were unable to stream. I asked for help with this, to no avail. 「Nice house, lots of space and good location just outside of the main town area, very quiet despite the walk in hospital over the road. Having a parking space was a bonus but not next to the house, but only caused an issue with the double yellows outside on arrive and departure. A few bits of maintenance needed, outdoor areas need sweeping and weeding. Some leak marks in the upstairs bathroom ceiling and damp stains, and drain smells from the 2nd bed shower room. Basin trap in the shower room...

「Cleanliness requires improvement. Soft furnishings had marks and stains as well as pet hairs on them and cooker and cooker hood need a deep clean. Crockery required cleaning before use. Mouldy shower and sink with cracked tiles with tape on bath. Noise on front street challenging! All small points that add up to a large negative. However, location and size of apartment with allocated parking definately a plus. If the cleanliness and maintenance addressed this could be greatly improved」
