「The room (104) was musty smelling. We had to run the heater to help that, but it seems the room was wet at some point. We had this problem a few years ago on a first floor room and moved to an upper floor. You need to fix this as I plan to return to Stephenville in the next month. I may have to go to La Quinta or Hampton Inn」

「WiFI is too poor, always frozen」

「Best Hotel Ever! So unique! It is a destination in itself!! Can’t wait to return!」

「We just needed a crash pad and it was perfect」

「The staff was outstanding, pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we had dinner one night and the steaks were excellent. I was able to extend checkout for an extra hour which was very helpful, as my granddaughter was able to ride the pony again. We participated in multiple activities such as Tomahawk and Archery; the attendants were helpful and provided positive feedback. The pool was chilly, but doable for children. 「It's an older property but the updates to the room helped. Our room was clean, cute Frigidaire refrigerator, bed was comfortable, sheets crisp & clean feel and smell. I liked that they have a vinyl plank flooring. There is a window unit in the room so it stayed cool & working ceiling fan. Worked out for us as a 1 night stay and the price is great」

「Rooms weren’t really clean, linen was stained and the pool and hot tub haven’t been open since I first started coming in about 6 months. Tv didn’t work fridge didn’t get cold. Breakfast is never good always same thing and no option for those who don’t eat pork but still need protein in the morning besides eggs that don’t even look appealing.」

「The property was ok in general. Amanda was very friendly and knowledgeable. But….i was assigned a handicap accessible room that had a bed that was awful. If you weren’t handicapped when you arrived, you would be after a night on that bed. It had a metal frame that made noise anytime you moved, and was broke in the middle. If you stood and looked at the foot of the bed, the bed and frame were in a V shape. I think handicapped folks deserve better than that.」

「The owner and his wife were very nice and accommodating. It was very clean well maintained and we felt safe parking and in our room. Thanks for a great stay.」

「There was no hot water in the room! The sheets were dirty, and the room smelled terrible. I was not satisfied.」
