“We rented a room for two nights. The first night we arrived, the hallway leading to our room was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned. I assumed there had just been a lot of traffic in and out. When we got into our room, the toilet was clogged and couldn’t be used. A lady from the front desk came and fixed it, so I figured it was just a one-time issue and that the next day would be better.

“Very disappointed. We had gone for a 20 mile hiking event and the owner had told us that she would have some eggs ready in the morning. We went down at 7:15 am in the morning but there were only store bought muffins, yogurt and coffee for breakfast. When we came back at 4:00 pm there was no hot water for tea or coffee, infact there was no one to be seen around. We had to check out and had to wait good 15 minutes for the owner to turn up! On the plus side the beds were comfortable!”
