"Gorgeous and friendly staff welcomed us on arrival, the rooms are a very comfortable size, super clean, easily worked for 3 adults. The whole place is beautifully furnished and presented so it's such an enjoyable place to stay. The hotel is an easy walk along the river into the busy part of town with pkenty of food options and shopping. Outside is a beautiful seating area on the river bank with tea, coffee, drinks, even some wines. The only negative is out of the control of the hotel, but there was a strong waste smell from the river. There are obviously some major civic works underway to fix the leaks and treat the water."

"Fantastic stay! Great beds, clean, super breakfast, and amazing location, but it was the staff that made all the difference, especially Berk. He was so helpful with all our questions, even checking to make sure we connected with our bus upon leaving for Van. Highly recommend! "

"Couldn't have asked for a better hotel close to the Grand Bazaar, shopping and transport. The staff are wonderful and welcoming and the rooftop breakfast is really special, with a great view and fantastic food. I really appreciated their commitment to sustainability with refillable water and recycling. Would definitely come back!"
