「The Chateau is such an exceptional resort with European style. Most importantly, if you'd like to escape from the noise and pollution, the Chateau is obviously your choice! I love the location of the Hotel which's at the top of Berjaya Hill - a place with trees and birds. You won't find any industrial or commercial amenities - and you'll relax as much as you can! But please be aware of the monkeys which might appear anywhere in the Hotel. They're friendly, I suppose. Meanwhile, the staff are...

「No toilet paper. Unit has moldy air conditioning units. Couldn’t sleep in bedroom. Checkin process was terrible. Self checkin which took 45 minutes」

「Cleanliness was perfect and nice view」

「stopover ist es ok. sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter」

「地點離市中心遠不方便！員工沒禮貌！」

「The communication with the host was pathetic and their were no clear direction regarding checkin. You basically go outside besides road side and get your key card. The room was okay but the Bedsheets had yellow stains and they looked dirty. Mattress would give you backache for sure. Avoid if possible.」

「周边环境很好，酒店位置也不错，容易找到，店内设施陈旧简陋，早餐简单但比较可口，比较适合预算有限的人出行」

「Parking ok」

These simple touches would make a big difference, especially for families travelling from afar. We were also asked to cancel our unrefundable booking, which caused some confusion, and check-in instructions were not sent 24 hours in advance, making arrival less smooth. I hope these points help improve the...
