"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Customer service was beyond excellent. From the moment Jayla helped with the storage of our luggage to the minute we left, the sincerity and friendliness of the staff was simply amazing. Room had a beautiful sea view and of a comfortable size. The only faults I noticed were the shower area without a glass door (which meant leaking water in the whole bathroom during shower), and the knobs of the cabinet that made my fingers get caught in. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay. And oooh, the breakfast spread was huge! Even had vegan and gluten-free options. And not to mention the free coffee & tea at the lobby. It was certainly an enjoyable stay and I highly recommend Clarion Hotel to all coming to Tromso!"

"The staff was receptive and helpfull. Clean and confortable acomodations. Hairdryer malfunctioned during my stay but the staff provided me another one right away. Location is close to the center and bus stops."
