“This is not a hotel you want to take your wife to. It is okay for a man on his own but it did not meet my expectations. The staff was friendly. Check in was slow and tedious since I had booked through Hotels.com. The total cost was more than quoted because they charged a service fee for using a credit card. The room itself was clean but the carpet was dirty and the sheets were dirty on one of the two beds. We were supposed to have a room with a queen bed. ”

“The hallway carpets and elevator were filthy and had not been cleaned in quite some time. Bathroom walls and shower had mold stains and room floors dirty. Vent in bathroom ready to fall out of ceiling.
Returned to room and neither key would work! Checked with checking staff and found that they lost my credit card number and could not charge me for dog fee, so needed me to come to desk and present my card again.
At breakfast discovered that there was NO coffee! Had to ask front desk to make……
