“Breakfast menu could be little better an hotter...an they start cleaning at 9am an dont give u time.they cleaning all around u...could have few more things on it.they dont put when somethings empty but other than that great........ Could put xtra cups of coffee pods Room was great .an so was staff”

“The room seem to be hurriedly cleaned if you can call it cleaned. The coffee maker still had the coffee filter from the last guest in the coffee maker. There was only one paper cup in the room for 2 guests. The bathtub was so stained it looked like it had not been cleaned. The toilet needed to be worked on as you had to flush twice to get it to flush. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted as the freezer part was almost full of ice and looked as it had not been wiped out in sometime. The……

“Right off the start, the front staff was inapt! Upon arriving at the room, the bath was not Senior (old folks) friendly! The dam toilet was on the floor. Thankfully, there was a grab bar at the toilet. But if you are aged, it takes some strength to rise from the toilet! The lower you are to the dam floor, the harder it is to rise! The TV was rigged to a minimum volume. After two (2) replacement remotes, the volume could not be adjusted to acceptable level, Coffee cream and facial tissue had not……

“The staff is very friendly and informative. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool had privacy from the road and surrounding businesses. Towels and pool noodles were provided by the hotel. I don’t think the pool was heated which didn’t bother my granddaughter in the least but us older folks found it too chilly to completely enjoy. Our room was well stocked with towels and toiletries. I would have preferred a real door on the bathroom but I understand it was for esthetics and served as……

“This was my 2nd time staying there in 6 months. The staff is always friendly. Check in was easy. And the rooms are clean. No, issues. Unfortunately, the parent company has failed to invest in the property. The carpet, wallpaper and fixtures are over 50+ years old. There is a smell from age and the property is truly outdated. “Our time was amazing. We ended up extending one night. Pool was great - kids had an amazing time. Breakfast had options for everyone, it was plentiful and filling. Housekeeping was very sweet and accommodating. We arrived at night since we had a 11 hour drive in - receptionist was welcoming and had the biggest smile on her face every-time we saw her.
