「Clean rooms, helpful staff」

「They have updated an old strip motel & it looks good but the mattress was shot, low spot in the middle & tv wasn’t working. Asked manager about it & she said she had a Dr appointment but would get to it later, didn’t happen. In retrospect should have paid the difference & stayed at Best Western.」

「Horrible don’t bother! Took 45 mins to get a code to get into my room. Spoke to an elderly couple who said it took an hour and a half for them to check in! LISTEN! There is NO Staff On site! No one to help you with anything you might need, including no ice machine! When I finally Made contact with a live person over the phone. They insisted on a $50 dollar deposit before they would give me my room code! For what? They have zero amenities, no room service, nothing to purchase in room?! Big issue...

「I totally enjoyed my stay at the motel 6 in Riverton Wy. I can't believe how wonderful it was to stay there. The house keeping staff was amazing and very helpful as well as being kind. I know how hard it is to work as housekeeping. They seem to enjoy themselves and their work. They are awesome!」

「Don’t be deceived by the exterior, it’s a history property. Inside it’s much more updated. The rooms themselves look great. Breakfast is present but nothing to rave about. Rooms have temporary portable a/c units, pretty loud and have issues evenly cooling units. There is no elevator. Pool has been down this year with leaks. Hot tub is fed from the mineral spring and an experience but temperature control of the hot tub is lacking. Just as an fyi, due to the mineral springs there is a sulfur...

「Ice machine is broken, no availability for a senior on the first floor? I suspect they move brokered room bookings to lesser accommodations.... Broken door, no ice, room was open when I arrived, original room was unavailable due to vandalism Would not use again -」

「Rooms were nice and clean. Great spot for the price. Only negative, is the ice machine was unavailable after approx 730pm」

「The rooms are updated, bathroom very clean, bedspread with some mild signs of wear, but clean, sheets clean and fresh, no negative odor. Halls, carpet appears dated, dirty, stained, walls and door dinged, scuffs. Staff friendly. The most important part was the rooms and they were totally fine 」

「clean room, kind staff, good breakfast restaurant, a nice courtyard in the middle of the hotel, accommodations for large groups, a small pool inside. big tv, microwave, refrigerator, keurig coffee maker in room. outlets all over the place. dove shampoo/conditioner/hand wash/body lotion/body wash in bathroom. amazing water pressure. easy to find location. close to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores. easy access to nearby major roadways. had a great time! would definitely recommend!」

「Amazing house that was excellent for our family. We have campifires and a cook out, everything we needed was provided and the kitchen had food staples. Awesome experience, would definitely stay again!」
