Truly have never been so impressed by a hotel. 1000% recommend staying here if you are traveling to Lake Atitlan/San Marcos. They can even help arrange private transfers for you to eliminate stress. "Good cliffside hotel with sweeping views of the town and lake. The staff were incredibly friendly and even helped with luggage down the steep winding steps. The restaurant served fresh, delicious food, and the lakeside path made it easy to walk to town without needing a tuk‑tuk. A convenient and memorable stay."

"The hotel don’t mention that restroom is not in the room. Also there a lot of walking steps up hill. "

"It is the perfect location and very nice rooms for the area. It is right across the street from good restaurants and bars. A lot of young people so it’s a great place to meet other travelers. The rooms were clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. The pool and hot tub are great. Highly recommend if you plan to stay in San Pedro, it’s the best city for young travelers in my opinion and the hotel is right by the boats you take to the other cities!"
