“Staff wasn't very friendly on check in. Im a Hilton Honors member bit needed to have my number looked up. The man checking us in seemed annoyed by this. I watched them offer everyone else a cookie on arrival except my abd my 11 year old son. Other than that, the place was clean and the location was great. I would stay here again. Maybe he was just having a bad day. No big deal.”

“Everything was clean, comfortable, and easy to use. Staff was friendly and helpful. I left something in the room and they set aside at the desk for a friend to pick up. Breakfast was plentiful and a good variety. Coffee was good and hot. I would stay again.”

“We had booked 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke horribly. The other rooms bathroom had a horrible leak shooting up to the ceiling and the shower curtain was moldy. The floor was soft so the water has been damaging the bathroom for awhile. Stains in sheets and burn holes in blankets.”

“Room was dirty, walls are paper thin. Can hear everything around you. Somehow it was still loud on the 3rd floor. The location is trashy. Water damage, previous mold, poorly repaired cracks in the bathroom and tub. Toilet wouldnt work. Water could have been warmer. Pool is advertised as heated but it was not. Pool water was cloudy, did not look clean at all. Elevator takes forever, just take the stairs if not on the 1st floor. Parking is awful. Don't stay here, it is terrible. Overpriced, even……

“This was clearly an older hotel that was poorly renovated. The hallways were not climate controlled very well! Once in the room u could crank up the ac unit and get your room comfortable. Room was clean, but lamp on my side of the bed didn’t work, no exhaust fan in bathroom, taking a shower water liked to get past the poorly designed shower curtain making floor wet. Thus was starting to ruin the flooring in bathroom. We slept in till 10 so missed the breakfast, but found a wonderful spot down……

“This place was horrible. We viewed the room before we checked in. It had roaches. The parking lot was nasty. There were unsavory characters hanging around outside. We ended up not staying there. We drove over to the LaQuinta which was nice and stayed there.”
