“Very kind staff.”

“Easy check in; the room was lovely-clean, modern, comfy bed and pillows and as quiet as you could hope for. Lots of parking, close to shopping. Breakfast was awesome; ice cold ac which was much appreciated given my room was on the sunny side of the building and the weather in Lincoln HOT-really HOT!! Only glaring NEGATIVE was the bed sheets -they had pilling allover-such an annoying problem for a relatively expensive room rate.... Sleep in-you can and should be better than this!- spend some……

“Very good and affordable place to stay. Offers a nice selection at breakfast, great biscuits and gravy! Pool and hot-tub were good. Very Clean and the Staff were very polite!”

“The first room that I went into have cockroaches in it one on the pillow one on the desk. The second room was cleaner, and I didn’t find any contact.”

“It is a new hotel so it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was very good, a nice full hot breakfast with lots of choices, however I would have liked more fresh fruit as the only had apples and oranges. But everything else was very enjoyable.”

“Great overnight stay”

“Terrific place for short term stay. Room was too small for a four day stay. Only one chair could fit into the room; I had to spend my time in the bed. But small price to pay for a well kept room. Close to everything we needed.”

“I liked that it was cheap and the staff was very helpful and nice. I did not like that my sink would not drain and my bathroom fan did not work. My bathroom also constantly put out heat and humidity so the ac never stopped running and needed to run to even keep it tolerable.”

“Toilet wouldn’t stop running all night. Kept randomly flushing. Got clogged each time it was used. Room smelled weird. Like someone had smoked in it and it was poorly cleaned afterwards. Front staff made it clear at check-in, “We are full tonight but if you must call me tonight, I will do what I can!” Not a good look. Thoroughly unimpressed. Won’t return. Would advise others to avoid this place.”

“The property was clean, but the second floor had a musty smell in the hallway, especially by the elevators. They did a good job of maintaining an old building. The air conditioner in the room worked, but not as well as it should have. It was humid throughout our stay. We appreciated the skywalk from the parking garage to the hotel! The breakfast had many options. One morning they ran out of coffee for awhile, although management was quick to respond to the situation.”

“The location is great. The breakfast was perfect. Rooms are spacious.”

“It’s an okay place. The price was right and it wasn’t bad. Our tub drained very slow so you stood in the water while showering. Coffee was weak and itty bitty cups. The bed wasn’t overly comfortable, pretty soft. But it did have hot water. We didn’t stay for breakfast.”
