“Everything......Dinner was outstanding.”

“We checked in and went to our room and within 10 minutes, noticed a bed bug on the sheets! We did not stay. The front desk staff did not agree that it was a bed bug, but noted that we did not stay. I contacted Expedia and sent them a picture of the bed bug and they credited my credit card immediately.”

“Our room was clean and functional. We checked in with the best staff member. She helped us book a room for the following night after our plans to leave changed. It was an easy process and she was pleasantly helpful. The pool area was well maintained and good size for meeting up with fellow travelers. The common area was a bit small but had enough space to enjoy company. The breakfast was good and had everything we needed. It seems to be located in a louder area of town, so I would bring a fan to……

“I chose to stay at this hotel based on the information provided by the property. However, it was far from what was expected. First of all, the pool was locked up. As was the 'Breakfast' area. Their supposed breakfast time was listed on the wall sign, but they never opened. Finally, though the room APPEARED clean at first, cockroaches came out of the woodwork. I even took a picture of one as proof. The room itself looked nothing like the pictures. It had a bed, a small table for a desk, and……

“The lady at the front desk was totally incompetent and had no idea what she was doing both at check-in and checkout. No third floor rooms available secondary to water leaking issues from Rain. No hair conditioner in shower. Shower, dirty, and grimy. Nasty stains on bedspread.”
