“We stayed in a Junior Suite in the newer building right next to the main hotel. The recently renovated rooms were clean and modern, with several balconies facing what I think are the best views of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau in Murren. The spa in the basement was also very well kept and relaxing - a great way to end a long day of hiking. The restaurant in the main hall is grand, luxurious, and cooks fantastic food. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the Jungfrau region.”

“Staff was amazing, great location and property. My only gripe is flies, yes flies EVERYWHERE. In the restaurant and room. We left windows open for 20 minutes and counted 12 flies on the room. Dinner, there were easily 10 flies at our table alone. This is common in the area so I don’t blame the hotel. I was told the cows are the reason”

“Rooms were very clean and maintained every day, food was great and staff were extremely friendly and helpful they definitely helped increase the atmosphere of the hotel and made the stay feel more comfortable. However, since the hotel didn't have a reception it was a little difficult to find staff or know when they are available / know how to check in since information was incorrect online. “The hotel was super clean, all staff incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a bus station near by to take you into the city. Breakfast every morning with a personal chef to cook whatever you desire. The food was delicious and accommodating. ”
