“• The Location is very good. Everything is walking distance (train, supermarket, restaurants) • The apartment is as advertised. Very comfortable and convenient. • There is no AC/heating units in the rooms. Only in the living room. I went in April, so we did not need it. • The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. They attended immediately to anything I asked for. • The security of the building is very good. I felt very safe. • Wifi was excellent. No interruption at all and the……

“Service was worse than expected for a hotel of a calibre like Four Seasons. 1. Upon checking in and finishing dinner, we were told someone would show us to our rooms because the hotel was quite large. However, we were ignored and left to our own devices and had to find our way to the rooms. 2. For one of the rooms that we booked (out of 3), we were given a room that was clearly a downgrade from the two others and also a disability accessible room. When first approaching the reception, they……

“We appreciate big helps from the owner of this riad. One of us got sick and had a fever. The owner gave us a favor to purchase medicines and provided a lot of heated water and teas to us. This riad was decorated with classical Islamic sculptures and furnitures. Each bed was equipped with electric heating blanket which made our sleeping very comfortable. Don't miss rooftop terrace with stunning sunset and medina view.”
