「Great property.」

「I wouldn’t say this is a 5star hotel, it’s more like a 3. The actual grounds is what make it beautiful, the palm trees and ambiance. The rooms are outdated and smell funny sometimes like a sewer. Our phone in the room never worked and I brought it up to reception and nothing was done. So we couldn’t order room service or God forbid a call if we had an emergency. Towels were scarce and I had to go to reception to get my own as well as toilet paper. The food was nothing sort of amazing, not many...

「I loved the location and the privacy」

「I like everything」

「Excelente Hotel paz Personal excelente muy profesional. Lo he recomendado a varias perosnas」

「Clean room, excellent staff service, good breakfast and Beautiful ocean view.」

Very poor service; the stove broke, the water heater broke, and the owners just disappeared—they didn’t resolve anything or fix any of it. The owners live right on the premises, yet they fail to...

Somos...

「DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! We arrived to the property and had to hunt someone all the way to the back of the property to be checked in. The room smelled like old, the bathrooms not property clean, spider webs on the walls. Disgusting! We were told the breakfast is served between 7:00Am to 10:00AM, we went to the breakfast room and no one was there, no employee around at all. Reception was alone all the time. We left without a proper checkout, left the key at the desk good bye!」

「Very beautiful hotel, absolutely insane gym, pool is small but with amazing view. Common area so relaxing. Breakfast is cooking right in front of you」
