「⭐️⭐️ 2/5 — Extremely Disappointing Experience
This was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. I booked The Sands Barbados expecting a 4-star experience, but based on my stay, I would rate it closer to 2 stars. Two days before arrival, I called to advise that I would be checking in early. I was told my room would not be ready but that I could use the restaurant and bar while waiting. On arrival, I was told I could not access the restaurant or facilities until officially...

「I have stayed at the Plum Tree resort on a few occasions and it feels like home, more and more. I've had the opportunity to stay in different suites and I would say that I prefer the upper level suites behind the pool area, best. The location is perfect; close to so many amenities and also nestled in a quiet and nature filled area. My favourite thing about the area is the greenery (trees, flowers, bushes, grass) all around. I love how spacious and open the suites are. I recommend this place...

「Absolutely lovely stay. Upon arrival to your departure staff are truly kind and helpful. I asked about car rentals and the front desk shopped around for a few options to offer me to suit my needs. Shernada and Heather at the front desk were lovely.
Rooms were comfortable and well equipped while the property grounds were well manicured.
A lovely stay and would come back again.」
