「My first time to Italy, arrived from cruise port. I have no idea about geographic location of either the port, the hotel or even Rome. Turn out it is about 20 min from the port and 45 min from Rome. Hotel staffs are friendly and arranged taxi transportation from the port to the hotel. Hotel is next to the beach with private deck for Sun bathing. We spent a few afternoon at the bar enjoying my drink and ocean breeze. A perfect place for relaxation. 」

「All the great ! 」

「The hotel was nice and well maintained. The beach was lovely (albeit stoney). I would give mixed reviews to the staff: a night clerk messed up a taxi reservation to the train station, which could have led me to miss a flight from Rome, but thankfully another clerk went above and beyond expectations to rectify the problem (kudos to the curly-haired clerk with his arm in a cast!). 」

「Danielo was an amazing host the receptionist nice girl and the cleaning Lady was excellent. I can not say more about the beautiful grounds. We were close to everything. Definitely staying here again. 」

「I really liked this place. It’s very clean and safe. I was there for two nights in July 2025 and I would definitely book again if I ever travel back to Rome. Just make sure you know your door# because there’s no front desk clerk. You click the intercom button and once you say you’re there for check in… you are buzzed in. I have no complaints about my stay… very quiet and secluded.」

「only the location is good. The room very very dirty and everything inside are old. toilet has bad smell. Breakfast not good at all. I will not stay here again.」

「The rooms are sparkling clean. Stefan, the owner, greeted us, he was always very friendly and prompt to respond to our calls and messages. He recommended a very good restaurant around the corner and very kindly arranged for our taxi to the port and even notified us of the arrival of its arrival the following morning. WeI will definitely stay there again 」

「Service was excellent! They picked us up from FCO (for a fee) at 1am, then gave us a late check out so we could sleep in. A short drive to the port (again, for a fee) to the port for our cruise and we were good to go. 」
