「These people had me book my stay online because I did not have my physical debit card and they thought it might bypass it because my car was stolen and I was left stranded and my purse with everything in it was in the car. The woman in the office wouldn’t even let me stay in the lobby to stay warm. I was in a Halloween costume and it was freezing cold and she was mean and rude and not understanding of the situation like the previous employee was I had to have the police come and take me to...

「Overall motel surprised us. Above our expectations. Room was large enough for an extra chair, desk with chair and table with two chairs along with frig and microwave.
Heat worked well. Only down side...no coffee avail and the actual bathroom was very small...hard to turn around in it but it still was ok for an overnight traveler. Restaurants just down the street with many choices. Ckin and out very easy.」

「I cannot believe the size of this room. My trip was weeks ago and I'm still in shock at how much room we had.
The sea lions sung to us all night long, and we were not bothered in the slightest. We actually left the balcony door open all night.
Breakfast was standard, and ok. Nothing spectacular.
The bed, linens, and pillows were EXCELLENT.
The balcony was HUGE.
The TV sadly wasn't new enuf to stream any apps, etc.
This was an extremely convenient location for the Columbia Crossing walk on the...
