"Overall, it was an amazing stay at Taupo DeBretts. We come here every year and always enjoy our stay. The only thing I would say is that the reception staff could be much better. They were quite rude and not very welcoming or friendly. There were no smiles or warm greetings, and their communication came across as very blunt. It was disappointing, especially considering how lovely the overall stay was."
