“Overall, the hotel was nice, updated and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I didn’t like the shower head; it needed to be replaced as it was all over the place and not much water pressure. I had to turn the handle all the way and the water wasn’t as hot as it could be. The hotel is right off the highway which is nice but also loud at times. We stayed more towards the opposite end of the highway and could still hear traffic at night. I’d stay here again but would either ask for a room……

“Was very clean room front desk person was very helpful and kind, the breakfast was ok but what do you expect for a hotel!”

“There is no pool like what was advertised. And no breakfast like what had been stated on the internet when booking.”

“Coffee was horrible, one day no coffee at 7:45am, eggs were cold, staff was rude. Tiles in bathroom were loose. Old building not well maintained. We have to go to Chisago a couple more times and will definitely get hotel closer to MinneapolisWould rather drive 45 minutes than stay there again.”

“Stayed one night for a baseball tournament. Room was just fine for our family of 4. Pool area was great! Breakfast was average. Overall, it was a good stay and would stay again if ever needed.”

“The staff was wonderful, polite and helpful. The property is in need of some updates and painting. The owners did say that it would have been a lot cheaper if we would have booked through them, as they offer a local rate.”

“We have stayed here many times over the last five years. It is our go to property in the area. I will have to say that the stay this time was disappointing only because the breakfast did not offer much that we liked and very limited. Otherwise the rooms are very nice and the whole property is very clean.”

“Room was clean but there were stains on the fitted sheet and a pillow cover. Not a biggie, nothing a little bleach can't fix, but, still quite obvious. The bed was the best part of the experience, it was comfortable, huge and the pillows were supportive and not paper thin. The AC is a gangster. Cooled down the room in a matter of minutes, probably because it was quite small. User error being as I didn't look to see the size of room before booking. The complimentary water bottles in the……

“Was hoping for a classic cup of coffee, but it came from a machine that had very strong coffee at EXTREME hott temperature.”

“Check in was easy, although no elevator to the 2nd floor which.may sound petty but can be many trips back and forth to your car. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The only complaint is the water pressure in the shower was low.. Coffee was good, breakfast ok, nothing spectacular.”
