「We enjoy our stay in Son Borguny. It is just like to stay at your friends' or family members' place while our first met. Their room is cute as the town Bañalbufar. The breakfast is really tasty and I just missed it very much. Please do not worry if you drive a big car. It is easy to use the public parking lot very close to the hotel. Thou they don't have elevators but they are willing to help guests to move the baggages...

「We had the best time at Gran Hotel Margalida! Tucked away in the quaint area of Banyalbufar, it was such a beautiful escape and just what we wanted. Some favorite experiences were the buggy down to the Cala, the beautiful pool & views, and the breakfast each morning.... But what really made our experience special was the staff!!! Everyone was so lovely and helpful. Always cheerful and friendly. We truly had a great time! Definitely want to visit again.」

The staff are lovely, the food is great and sensibly priced. It is small enough to feel intimate but with a full service back up. This was our second visit and we loved it again. 「We stayed in room 108. No view which didn’t matter to us but it was a good location for walking down to breakfast/pool and the spa. Positives: Location - which is perfect, in the middle of the port, just 1 street back from the beach. Reception staff - very helpful and efficient. Less positive: The pool bar where service was patchy and drinks weren’t as high quality as those elsewhere. Pool snacks/room service food was not the best either but served a purpose - if feasible I would advise...

「The hotel is in a beautiful location and very central to all the sights of Palma. The staff - from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff - are very courteous and welcoming. The rooms are very well appointed and the breakfast is outstanding. The only disappointment is the swimming pool on the roof - it's really just a soaking pool - tiny and shallow. But I would recommend this hotel strongly to anyone visiting Palma!」

"Very welcoming and kind staff. They offer welcome drinks to the room and each day before night they come and ask if extra towels and water are needed. Many people waiting for check in and checkout at reception where is a bit small. However they do it really quick. One more suggestion is the staff in restaurant where we are having breakfast, they are not that welcoming as the rest of the staff. Still reco this place"
