Starting with hotel in general , its 4 star and lives up to 4 star. Clean, well maintained, polite and professional staff. Great food! breakfast lunch and dinner buffets are excellent. If you like cake you will love this hotel :-) Very close the beach and the town centre. Car rental place right next door very convenient. The only downside was the standard of the room cleaners. With a 4 star hotel the expectation for a room clean is high, floors mopped, hoovering, dusting. we found we had to ask the reception twice to get our room done as expected. When it was done it was done well, but we shouldnt have to ask. That aside this was a nice stay and we would come again.

Overall hotel was amazing as well as all staff members. Food was very good and fresh, everyday there were loungers available by the pool. The only minus of my stay was boring music at the pool. I think there was not much tought about different age groups. Also we didnt got extras which were listed on expedia ( receptionist said that it is not something they offer).

The room was decent, the shower kept leaking and we had to dry the floor every time we took a shower. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is at walking distance to shops and restaurants, that was a plus.
