「When Anders greeted us he was lovely and very helpful. We particularly loved the fresh pastries set out for the guests, as well as access to the hot chocolate/coffee/tea machine. And the most exciting amenity was the drying rack (heated cabinet) that really came in handy for our wet shoes. And can’t forget that the water pressure in the shower was wonderful, especially after long drives and hikes.」

「Uns wurde untersagt, die Parkplätze mit Ladesäulen am Hotel zu nutzen (obwohl sogar einer noch frei war). Begründung: diese werden durch “uns” benutzt, d.h. die Parkplätze werden wohl durch die Hotelangestellten benutzt. Die Dame an der Rezeption konnte uns dann nicht mal klar sagen, wo wir sonst noch Parken bzw Ladesäulen zu finden sind. Sehr schlechter Service. Familienzimmer war ok, Frühstücksbüffet auch.」

「Receptionists were friendly in the morning before we checked out. However, I noticed the door had gaps to see the sunlight from the room before opened the door after check in. I went downstairs to talk to the receptionist the problem around 10p.m., she came to see the gap of the door and she felt nothing. Moreover, the room was full of dust and kettle got rusty terribly with dust. She said, there was no new kettle and all the kettles were the same with rust! I was surprised the feedback she...

「This place was the highlight of my trip. The cabin, the views, the dinner at the restaurant and the friendly staff. Everything was near perfect. Breakfast buffet is rather plain and there is not much variety. Nonetheless the food at dinner is 11/10. Easily fine dining level. This was also the location where we saw the northern lights on the first night we arrived. Absolutely amazing with the mountains. There is also free laundry facilities and a gym as well. Definitely will be my choice to...

「Wunderschöne kleine Unterkunft direkt am Meer. Bad ist etwas klein aber sehr sauber und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig in Ordnung. Gigantischer Blick vom Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche, Sofa und Sitzgelegenheiten auf's Wasser.」

「Heat in bathroom, no heat in room…no thermostat. Just one small, oldish pilllow. If you don’t have internet, you cannot scan the code on the door. Tough luck for you because you paid for the room but you can’t get in! Only good thing is the location.」
