“The staff was wonderful and very helpful. But I had higher expectations from a five star hotel, specifically the hotel grounds. The areas that are finished are great, but there is still construction going on 1/3 of the property that is closed off. The dining options were acceptable, but there didn’t seem to be enough staff. “The view was amazing. The room was very clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.”

“Awesome stay. We loved it”

“Great breakfast, spectacular bay views from the pool. We spent a couple of hours by the pool every day and thoroughly enjoyed it. Room was sparkling clean and comfortable.”

“Todo! Es el hotel más hermoso del mundo! El servicio impecable. La comida espectacular.”
