「Loved this hotel! The cleanest one I’ve stayed in and such a comfortable stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Communication was easy and would highly recommend for others to stay here!」

「環境整潔，餐點豐富」

「We had a short, transitory stay at Success Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, especially considering the very reasonable price. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were so helpful and went out of their way to seamlessly arrange a taxi for us to Hanoi Airport for our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and value in Hanoi!」

「Excellent service and location. Highly recommended.」

「Booked as an overnight layover and I was pleasantly surprised at how well the hotel and staff received us. I wasn't quite sure to begin with but hands down this place is exceptional value for money. Breakfast was great and served fresh and their valet driver was awesome. Highly recommended from someone who wasn't quite sure what we'd get.」

「There is a clear window into the bathroom, so the person in bed a see you on the toilet or in the shower. There is a Venetian blinds which you need to keep pulled for privacy. An odd design. Hardly any drawer space for clothes. A good location, staff are friendly and helpful」
