They confirmed my booking from hotel.com and I’ll get instruction for check-in 24 hours before my stay. The day I arrived in Hanoi to I had called the property several times to get instructions for the check-in process. They never answered until hours later. Asked me for pictures of our passports for check-in process. Sent them to the property. After I sent……
