“設備 很新 有洗衣機 還有附洗衣球 還有餐具 環境很好 房間 跟房間之間隔音略差 ”

“Very responsive and accommodating host. Room was clean and comfy. Only thing that can be improved will be the aircon and soundproofing of the room cos it can get noisy in the morning with traffic. Other than that I’m satisfied with my stay. Highly recommendable! ”

“Avoid this place like the plague! I booked this place a month in advance. Called the property to make sure my check-in would go smoothly. They confirmed my booking from hotel.com and I’ll get instruction for check-in 24 hours before my stay. The day I arrived in Hanoi to I had called the property several times to get instructions for the check-in process. They never answered until hours later. Asked me for pictures of our passports for check-in process. Sent them to the property. After I sent……
