Alguns detalhes precisam ser melhorados, principalmente, no banheiro: Vazamento de água no box para o restante do banheiro; a localização do papel higiênico (molha); a torneira da pia estava solta e tb a falta de uma saboneteira (infelizmente, comum no Peru e Equador)."

But the staff could use with better training in customer service. You should not have to wait several minutes when you arrive at 5:30 pm for someone to open up the door to check you in. The staff also had trouble finding my reservation once I did check in. "
