"Hotel was lovely. Staff terrific and friendly. Did not like the Casino. No exciting new games, very tight machines. Pay offs weren't worth what you put in. Smoking everywhere disgusting. Other casino's we visit like Foxwoods/Mohegan Sun/Ocean/Hard Rock have designated smoking areas. Here you come out smelling of smoke. Probably won't come back to due to this."

"Parking and breakfast were fine, room was clean and staff were friendly. The WiFi didn’t come with instructions and ended up being a network that had a different name than online materials described, so I drained hotspot data I pay for rather than be able to use the WiFi. Also, the room came with basically one outlet I could reach, and nothing to plug a USB cord into (like, outlets from the past 30 years have?). I even checked the back of the TV for a spare USB port - nothing. Not only is the hotel not for businesses travelers, it’s not really geared to leisure travelers that might need to charge a device or two And I was one person. Had there been 4 people on that room battling for one outlet, this would be a worse review. "

"2 of 3 nights the neighbor has filled a room with teens and littles. Seems family is reuniting at the hotel and it’s one of the top loudest and out of control obnoxious screaming, yelling, crying, teens/preteens/elementary/kindergarten, unsupervised adolescent LOUDNESS!! No authority or consideration of other guests staying next door, across the hall, or anywhere in the building. Like, hello staff, can you hear the obnoxious decibel of loudness? Consider how other guests may feel about the shrills and cries startling for 3+ hours, 1st and 2nd night stay….very bummed. "

"Great location, clean comfortable rooms and beds, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast and a wise economical choice. I have now stayed many times, and will likely continue to as I travel to Bethlehem. The Moravian historic district restaurants, museums and shops are very fun, and the Steel Stacks historic factory site provides a great little hike with informative signage and easy parking."
