「Terrible shower with algae groth and NO hot water after running for 8 minutes.」

「Great location and friendly staff.」

「Not bad at all」

「Great」

「Bed to high. HVAC to noisy. Not enough towels or tissues. Not enough electric outlets in accessible;e places. No USB ports.」

「This place not only looked clean, it smelled clean. Really friendly staff and they cleaned our room daily (seems like many places don't these days). Breakfast had hot choices, but wasn't anything spectacular. Wished they had cold water at breakfast and another choice of fruit. Nice quiet property.」

「The pool and hot tub were both broken and they had been for awhile. I was told that structural damage was the reason and it was going to cost to much to replace them. It would have nice to know that they were not functional before I booked the room as I would then have looked for another hotel. If the pool and hot tube are not available then they should be taken out of the description of amenities so that a customer can make a decision based on what is available.」

「😃」

「The GM dismissed our reservation because they had no available room since a construction crew had trashed the room. Was going to get us a room at a holiday express ( a room not a suite as we had paid in advance for) she was not apologetic but proceeded to tell me that I was slaying her. This was a grown woman with not customer service skills. After telling her that it was unexceptionable she said that she would pay for one night at the Towneplace Marriot (our reservation was for 2 nights)GM also...

「Everything was great. There's nothing to dislike.」

「Noisy at times, back door not latching all the time anyone could just walk in( security issues) couldn’t keep curtains open when people were outside on the back patio seem ed,kind of odd to me. Some staff was nice, some seemed like they didn’t care.」

「Nice place and owner a great person.」

「They only serviced the room every other day. I had to take out my trash, but it was not clear what I was supposed to do with it. I also had to request fresh towels several times.」

「They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. 」
