“The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.”

Otherwise, you’d wait 30-40 minutes for food and when you get the food not even 10-15 minutes later staff is asking to remove the food they just brought. Staff did not check to see if we needed anything. The property is outdated. Needs a lot of maintenance. Only 1-2 elevators were working during our stay. Staff is not very helpful. “We have just returned from our first stay at Cobblers Cove, and our first visit to Barbados. The staff are a true credit to the hotel and we heartily thank them for one of our most magical vacations ever. “One arrival the welcome and service was a put off. We were taken to our room and on arrival at the door they had two houses keeping carts at the door. On entering the apt we were so dissipointed with what we were getting our $2300 Canadian. We requested a room change which was done with hesitation. We were put in another room however it was a struggle for me as it's three flights up and no elevator. I can't climbing too many flights of stairs so been so tired and stressed took it. “The hotel has a lovely location and the staff are so friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the food, particularly breakfast. It used to be so good but has gone downhill. This wouldn’t put me off returning because the bedroom refurbishment is greatly improved and the staff are so nice.”

“Went for a friend vacation. Group of 9. They were able to accommodate our dinners. Very nice onsite staff. Beach access was nice, pool area was good. Food could be improved, seems like they were scared to season it. The Caribbean is all about flavors, I would’ve appreciated better seasoning. And cornmeal porridge at breakfast!”
