The attitude of some of the front desk team. I arrived the previous day and was told to call for buggy service ahead of time and because of my intending time I wanted to leave security would assist. The morning of my departure I called ahead at 7:00 am to arrange a buggy to collect my suitcases and bring to the front desk for 07:45, only to be told in the most abrupt and rude manner, no staff are available until 8:00 - I can call our security team and see if their WANT to do it! What a poor example of customer service from a major hotel chain. I was not afforded an apology.

We stayed one night so didn't do anything but sleep, but love how the room is appointment, has everything needed with a huge bathroom and lovely tub even though we didn't use it, didn't want to leave so quickly

A lovely resort, a bit secluded so book if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle. The beach waves were a little rough, but the views are breathtaking. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I’d return here.

The property was very nice Would have been excellent if we had running water. The water was a hit and miss. Best to bathe as soon as it is turned back on or no bath for you that day. Housekeeping wasnt pleasant ask for towels or trash bags good luck. We received gym towels or cleaning rags to bathe with. Bring wipes with you for cleanliness. Scenery was beautiful!!!

My stay was great, good food lovely staff and amenities, however the private pool we book in our suit was dirty and had a mud like coating to the bottom of the pool. I made three request to have it cleaned but no staff came. Another request was a honeymoon package we booked and didnt receive it. After several attempts to query with front desk we gave up all attempts of asking.

The Crane is an amazing property! The grounds are lush with trees, plants, and flowers. The accommodations are stunning, I felt like I was in my own home rather than a hotel. The employees are warm, friendly and polite- much appreciated. Crane beach itself is gorgeous and the swimming pools are top notch. Food and drinks are excellent. Please do not hesitate to book a trip here, it’s a stunner of a place on many different levels! I stayed at the end of September and it was not busy which for me added to the peace and relaxation of being there. They say “ you’ll know” when you stay there, it’s true - you will. 100% recommend! Thank you for an awesome, beautiful, comfortable, relaxing stay. See you again!!

I have to say I’m beyond impressed. We stayed here because we flew in the night before because we were staying at sandals. Beyond affordable, room was clean, staff was welcoming. PROS: The room was great with a rooftop pool. Old world charm prevails even in the more modern aesthetic suites. The service was highlighted by Ms. Donna at the front who is great at her job, asking the right questions to direct various service inquiries and laughing with me at my attempt to have cou cou delivered to the resort. The room attendant Nadia not only did a great job cleaning our room, she provided valuable and much needed 'island tips and advice' when asked. Her service and friendliness went above and beyond what was required of her, she should be commended. CONS: The elevator in the 3000 building was not working and no help moving our luggage up and down to the top floor, this was not good. AC was dripping on desk where work laptop was - insurance claim was averted but could have been prevented entirely. Disappointing beach for that level of property which was otherwise well maintained. Food options and food pricing need to be modified for current traveler market and better uptake of daily onsite food offerings relevant to proximity to main town or other food alternatives since infrastructure provides equipped kitchens. OVERALL: We were there to attend a wedding which beautiful and enhanced by seaside ambiance and natural grounds beauty
