My partner and I had a good time, but they should have definitely warned ppl about the beach. That was the worst seaweed buildup I’ve ever seen in my life! We booked this resort specifically for the beach and had to go to another beach with no accommodation! They should have it posted on their website, or at least offer a shuttle service to another beach, or give ppl their resort fee back!

This property (much like the rest if Barbados) is beautiful and safe!!! The staff were amazing, very accommodating, and extremely nice! Not a lot of food options close by, but the resort has a few places to choose from. However, the food available at the resort wasn't to my liking. Do yourself a favor and rent a car. Barbados has plenty of less expensive, better tasting food options (Oistins). With all that being said, I would definitely stay here again!

The facilities are great, however the fact that the sargassum has been a factor for quite some time now makes it misleading to advertise that the property is right on the beach. There was NO beach access (and had not been for quite some time) due to the seaweed. Guests had to be transported to a different beach (approximately 45 minutes away) to experience beach. The shuttle for the beach is only offered 3 out of 7 days a week (T, W, Th).

Some of staff at the restaurant were not friendly at all . It is like they didn’t care about us even though We had young kids with us . It took forever for the food to arrive to our table. The AC went out few times . We had water issue upon arrival etc ..

Arrived and received a room with a door that did not work. Had to wait for someone to come and fix it. As my fiance was taking a shower we realized there was shampoo in the shower. The AC worked 1 day and the other 3 there was in AC! We complained and they brought a fan, the fan was broken! Horrible experience, wouldn’t recommended it to anyone. A lot more options in Barbados.

Property is well maintained. Staff is friendly and will to help. Only complaint would be the maintainence of the private pool. Our pool did not have the filtration system running during our stay. When asked, the reception said it wasnt functional. However the morning of our departure the system was running.

My flight got postponed over 10 hours making it impossible to arrive in time to enjoy my one night stay. I called the hotel and expedia as soon as the airline informed us. Expedia had already charged my card; the hotel told me they could not cancel me at 2am Barbados time and to call back at 6am. I did and they had me on hold 35 minutes. The call cost me $105 USD. Travel insurance said I didn't cancel in time. Hotel said they needed more notice to cancel and Expedia blamed the hotel for not giving me a refund. Gross!

I LOVED THE PROPERTY AND MOST OF ALL THE STAFF. MY ROOM ATTENANT WAS EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY, WELCOMING AND SO VERY KIND. I TRAVELED WITH MY YOUND SON AND WILL BE BOOKING AGAIN. MY SUGGESTION WOULD BE TO LIST ALL PRICING FOR SHUTTLE AS THIS WAS NOT CLEAR AND THE INFO FROM PERSON TO PERSON WAS DIFFERENT. OTHERWISE, WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
